Mission: Awaken.

Ilé Ìmàle

Ilé Ìmàle (Home of Divine Beings) is a non-profit spiritual organization and Canadian based Orisa temple serving the people of Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We regularly work with people online from around the world seeking the support of Orisa to improve and enhance their lives. Our mission is to Awaken others to the presence and support of the Divine within and around them. Our vision is to transform, expand and make accessible the healing practices of West African Orisa worship.

Ilé Ìmàle is rooted in the principles of integrity, authenticity, and inclusivity. We are connected to and maintain close relationships with Orisa communities in West Africa and in the Diaspora. Like so many Orisa communities here in North America that continue to operate out of our homes, basements, and garages. Ilé Ìmàle envisions a designated public place of worship where people can come and consult with Elders, receive proper guidance and venerate Orisa accordingly. As we work towards the fulfillment of this goal, we offer monthly meet-ups, classes, and online consultation services.

About

Ilé Ìmàle is overseen by Opéifá (Rian Scott) who was initiated into Ifá in Epọṣo Rémọ, Nigeria by Araba Olúwo Olátúnjí Ṣómórìn in 2009. His Itèlodù marked a significant rite of passage grounding him in a powerful ancestral spiritual tradition and supporting the reclamation of his blood ancestral practices. He has bore witness to and can testify to the positive changes and influences that Ifá has imparted on him, his loved ones and his clients.

“There is a real need for people to embrace and utilize this ancient spiritual tradition and its medicines as a means for personal growth and transformation. Reconnecting with nature and working with Spirit as a basis for healing is integral to the process of shifting consciousness and creating a better future for ourselves and our descendants.”
